THE BEST OF 2022!

DOCUMENTARY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

A huge thank you to all of my 2022 couples and the wonderful venues and suppliers that I have had the privilege of working with this year, not to mention all of the other incredible photographers out there who continue to inspire and support.

2022 has been a rollercoaster. This was the year I returned to work after maternity leave. The apprehension associated with returning to work that people so often talk about is REAL …it’s true that despite the fact that you have miraculously been keeping a tiny human alive, confidence in your ability elsewhere somehow wains. On the flip side, I emerged from the baby bubble a new person with new perspectives. I suddenly became more in tune to people’s emotions, I felt the meaning of vows more intensely, the words of speeches more deeply and truly appreciated the bonds between mothers and daughters and friends and relatives. Being able to really FEEL those moments and emotions more than ever before has allowed me to grow so much as a photographer and love what I do even more.
